When you are in Pattaya or any other similar beach destination, take a moment or two to explore what sports and other entertainment they have to offer. In this article, we share quick tips for parents to relax, rejuvenate and rejoice their vacation, like a carefree happy kid. These top 4 ways will make sure the parents in Pattaya make the mot of this beautiful location.
1. Staying in a family friendly hotel is a great idea.
Not only it will boost your mood when you look at your toddler enjoying in the baby pool or sliding in the play area, but you will also feel at home when you see and meet other parents and families, just like yours. One such great family friendly hotel in Pattaya is the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort. It offers a variety of child friendly activities and play sections. Sip a chilled mocktail along the pool side, play volleyball and watch your kid swim and play in the pool. Sounds relaxing?
2. Give a Thumbs up to water sports.
As a couple, we ensure that we plan at least one sport in our vacation together. Pattaya offers a range of water sports–jet skiing, para gliding, scuba diving, snorkelling and many more. Many hotels also provide a great deal of discounts in their packages. So stop thinking, and spare an hour or two for that adrenaline pumping adventure. It will be worth it!
3. Walk the Talk on the Walking Street.
Did you get rolling eyes or blank stare when you talked about Pattaya’s walking street? Don’t bother, we went there.. with our infant (then)… with our parents… and it was Fun! Experience it… the fun, the lights, the noise, hustle bustle of the street, and plenty of food options to choose from. Every third or fourth shop will offer a Thai foot massage, incase you get exhausted pushing the stroller… which you will, we believe so. It’s going to be a great way to relax and have fun with your partner. Just note that you may be pulled to a corner but then, beyond that its your choice.
4. For your eyes only.
You guessed it! The Alcazar Cabaret. Do not miss this extravagant performance with state-of-the-art lights and sound show. Its accessible, comfortable, entertaining and ‘oh-so-glittery’. Something that your baby can stare… without creating a fuss, and letting you enjoy the show. Sounds good? Go ahead, book a day show in advance, keep your baby bag ready. Use rest rooms in between the show, it gets extremely crowded as soon as the show ends, you may not want to wait that long.
